Return Policy

Puff House does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped. Customers are encouraged to carefully review their order, product selection, shipping information, and billing information before completing a purchase.

All purchases made through Puff House are non-refundable and non-returnable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or otherwise approved by Puff House at its sole discretion.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Puff House as soon as possible after delivery. We may request photographs, order information, or other documentation to verify the issue. If the issue is confirmed, Puff House may, at its discretion and where permitted by law, provide a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate resolution.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order. Puff House is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped.

If an order is refused by the customer or returned to Puff House because it is undeliverable, this does not automatically qualify the customer for a refund. Any resolution will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Puff House's policies.

Certain Puff House products may be subject to minimum-age requirements. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and completing any required age-verification process. An inability or failure to complete required age verification does not automatically create a right to a refund.
